Key Features.

The following features are included with our online grievance tracking system. To schedule a demonstration, please use our request quote form to let us know how to contact you.

Member Login
Members can log in and report a grievance, with the ability to upload any relevant documents. The member can track the case until its completion. An administrator can assign a case to a steward and monitor the case as well. The assigned steward can then manage the case.

Multiple Web Addreses
The system set up so that multiple web sites, each with its own database, are easily created if your union has locals that require a separate set of members or a different contract.

Manage Users
Users can be added through an administration form, or uploaded in bulk in an Excel file. User information can also be updated using the Excel upload. A user can be assigned as a steward, and a security level can be assigned to allow the steward to have access to the steward functions.

Bulk Email
A bulk email can be sent to any selected list of users.

Contracts
A new contract can be added at any time. The contract includes its own set of phases, which can be different for each contract. For each phase a deadline can be set, and an email reminder can be set to go to specific individuals such as the case owner or the assigned steward.

Elections
There is an elections feature, which allows positions or questions to be entered, which members can then vote on.

Reports
Includes a set of reports allowing easy reviewing of case information.
